    The worst experience. Coffee was good but the staff was so rude. I was talking to the staff taking coffee orders around lunchtime yesterday, pretended she cannot hear or understand me when all i was ordering was 3 flatwhite and 2 skinny cap and paid $35.20 for 5 coffees. I think she overcharged me as well. To the owner, I think you should hire staff with good customer service skills as Hunter Valley is a tourist spot.

    Food was nice, quality of service was not so nice, took forever for food to come, and took forever to have our orders taken with no reason or apology, also had to get our own menus and at a sign saying "wait here to be seated" we were told to find our own seats.
